Our values ​​are rapidly moving away from us... In short, we are so used to doing everything in a hurry that this situation has surrounded us all around, from our values ​​to our communication. The rush of getting to work during the day, completing the documents, you dropped the child off at school, running around and when we come home, the child is in a rush. , you think about cooking, things to do, bedtime, and then you fall asleep because you are tired while you are making time for yourself... Slow down! We are moving forward with life in high gear, the same things are constantly happening, your body gets tired, you experience both physical fatigue and brain fatigue! One of the things I often hear is that physical fatigue somehow goes away, but how will brain fatigue go away?

Yes, my dear readers, how will it go? Since we live in a big city, we have to constantly struggle despite the difficulties of life. Life does not give some people the opportunity from birth. People work to create their own opportunities. They feel like they have to work too hard. There is no time to stop and take a breath; he is constantly trying to get somewhere.
