Also; There are nosebleeds caused by high blood pressure. Nosebleeds, which are seen in young people and are not serious, can be stopped very easily and there is nothing to be afraid of. It is a little difficult to stop nosebleeds, which are caused by high blood pressure and usually occur in middle ages. The first thing to do is to sit the patient down immediately, tilt his head slightly forward, press the bleeding hole of his nose for ten minutes, and tell him to breathe through his mouth and swallow.
