QUARANTINE PSYCHOLOGY

The most depressing situation that the Covid-19 epidemic has brought to us has undoubtedly been the quarantine period. For too long, going out has been limited and anxious. This situation, of course, affects us significantly physiologically and psychologically.

Human is a social being by nature and the world It is a whole with. We all have certain orders and routines in life. These make our future certain and distract us from anxiety.
