Our mental health is as important as our personal health and is a condition that has characteristics that affect our daily lives.

Defining mental health is more difficult than defining general health. Mental health consists of a chain of concepts that continues from childhood to death and expresses a series of processes such as thought, communication skills, learning, emotional development, and self-confidence.

Mental health is a concept that affects the person himself and his relationships with other people and life events. It includes harmony and balance.

In general, the individual's life is within a passing period of time and in changing places; He maintains a dense network of relationships with himself, his family, his immediate environment, the society he lives in, and the work he does or the personal roles he assumes. If there is balance, harmony and satisfaction in this network of relationships, the individual is psychologically healthy. This harmony is not bound by strict rules but carries variability and a certain amount of personal flexibility.
