Apart from these organs, hormone structure is disrupted, blood vessels are affected, blood pressure increases. Symptoms of people with sleep apnea during the day are as follows: They have difficulty getting up in the morning, become forgetful, get angry quickly, tend to sleep constantly during the day, feel tired in their seat, on the couch, behind the wheel. "He falls asleep at work, sweats a lot, and gains weight. Sleep apnea is especially increased by nasal congestion, nasal congestion, adenoids, sagging soft palate, enlargement of tonsils, enlargement of the base of the tongue, chin being held back, being short-necked, and being overweight," he said.
