The importance of exercise in protecting our health is indisputable. Especially these days when we spend more time at home and our active movement decreases. But I see that there is a lot of information pollution about exercise training and consultancy. People can go beyond the needs of their bodies and harm themselves. What happens in such a situation? The body should remain motionless and be challenged by setting high goals. Moderate-intensity physical activity should be preferred. And exercise should be made a routine.
First, let's prepare our body for exercise by counting in place for 2 minutes and running at a light pace where we are for 2 minutes. Then, let's prepare our body for exercise by standing against a wall. Let's stand about 1 meter away, facing the wall. Let's step forward with one foot, push the wall with the other foot behind while keeping our heel never lifted. We should feel tension in the back of our back leg. Let's count to 10 and relax. Let's repeat this exercise 5 times. Let's apply it to our legs too.
Our other exercise will be to do push-ups on the wall. Let's place our hands on the wall at shoulder level while standing with our feet side by side at a distance of about 1 meter from the wall. Let's move our body closer to the wall in a controlled manner and come back. Let's do 2 sets, 10 times each.
For our next exercise, let's stand with our back against the wall and our arms next to our body. Inhaling, let's slowly raise our arms towards our head without removing them from the wall, and exhaling, let's slowly lower them to the side of our body. 10 times each. Let's do 2 sets: Let's stand one step ahead of the wall, with our back against the wall, feet hip-distance apart. Let's take a breath and sit slowly, without separating our back from the wall, until our hips are parallel to the floor. Let's relax our legs by exhaling. Let's repeat 10 times.
