The characteristic of this attitude is the pressure that the parents put on the child. Parents believe that they control their children. For them, obedience is essential. The phrase “I want the best for my children” may have been distorted into the phrase “I want my child to be the best.” Authoritarian parents evaluate, control and shape the child's behavior and set standards for the child's behavior. According to this attitude, what the parents do is right.

3- Egalitarian and democratic parental attitude:

According to this attitude, parents respect their children as human beings. shows, follows the stages of development and acts accordingly. It accepts the uniqueness of each child. It allows him to develop freely within the family and reveal his talents. In addition to meeting the child's basic needs such as shelter, nutrition and protection, he shows "love" to him.
