Swine flu is on the way, are you ready?

The H1N1 virus that causes swine flu has been activated again and is affecting many people. While it reduces the quality of life of some, it threatens the life of others. People under threat, which we call the risk group: those under 2 years of age and over 65 years of age, those with chronic lung disease such as asthma or COPD, and pregnant women. At the beginning of this year, I warned all my pregnant women about the flu vaccine and supported them to get vaccinated. Also
I used the internet to warn other pregnant women to protect themselves by getting vaccinated.
But for some reason, there is a different prejudice against the flu vaccine. In fact, the vaccine does not harm the pregnant woman or her baby. It even protects the pregnant woman during a flu epidemic and prevents death or pneumonia. That's why those who have been vaccinated against flu
can now feel at ease. So, what should those who are not vaccinated and have flu or are at risk of getting flu pay attention to? If you have been in contact with someone with swine flu, visit your doctor immediately.

Swine flu symptoms: Fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, body aches, headache, chills, weakness and diarrhea or vomiting.

I want to say that not every person with the flu may have a fever.

If you have these symptoms, stay at home and do not infect others and go to your doctor. Your doctor
may prescribe the antiviral medication Tamiflu or enfluvir. If you have a fever, this can affect your baby and cause what we call birth defects. Therefore, be sure to use parol or
minoset, which are antipyretics, regularly during this period, unless you are allergic. You must use the given antiviral medicine for at least 5 days
. This way, you can get over the flu more quickly and mildly. Do not delay taking your medicine by thinking, 'My immune system is healthy, I can overcome the disease with natural treatment.' The earlier
you start, the more effective it will be. Antiviral medications have not been shown to cause any harm to your baby or you.
However, flu can cause very serious illness, pneumonia, and even death. You should also know that you can still use antiviral drugs
no matter what month of pregnancy you are in.

If you have come into contact with someone with swine flu but want to protect yourself from the disease, you should not use antiviral drugs in low
doses. You can use it for at least 10 days.

I would like to list the symptoms that you should go to the emergency room or call 112 as follows:

If you have difficulty breathing
If you have pain in your abdomen or rib cage.
Sudden onset of dizziness and weakness
Confusion of consciousness
Severe and persistent vomiting that does not go away
Your baby's movement decreases or does not move
