Dear readers, in almost all of my articles, I have mentioned that panic attacks are not actually a disease, but a kind of defense of the ego and body, that medications are of little use for these reasons, and that the symptoms may recur when medications are stopped or even while using medication. So what should we do? How can we get rid of panic attacks?
It is possible to get rid of this disease permanently with a little awareness, a little education and a few techniques. The average 3-4 sessions of work are actually all about decoding the panic. In addition to this awareness, breathing and mindfulness techniques and life arrangements can help you put the panic attack in the past, never to return again.
Here are some enlightening codes about panic;
Fear of going crazy: “In life I'm tired of trying to stay in the same balance despite changing conditions."
Fear of death: "Life has no taste, at least protect your body, maybe you'll live in the future." , I want to shout out that they are ashamed”
Feeling of alienation: “Don't get in too much contact with everything and everyone, focus on yourself”.
I lose control: “I miss being out of control, give up excessive control efforts”
I have a heart attack: "What will I do if my inner pole that is hungry for love and affection is noticed? I need it so much"
Heart palpitations: "You tire me out a lot, you think too much, you care too much"
Dizziness: "I'm tired, I don't want to stand so strong, learn to be happy even when you're weak."
Unless these codes above are noticed individually and vital changes are made in accordance with this awareness, drug treatment will only cause the problems to become chronic (ossify). It causes many change opportunities to be missed. Think about it, you have too much burden in life; and you are carrying an excessive load and therefore palpitations and dizziness started, but instead of shedding some of the loads, you took medicine and tried to carry more loads
