Cancer, one of the most common diseases we encounter today, scares us more and more day by day. Cancer is a disease caused by diet as well as genetic factors. Individuals who are above the obesity limit are more likely to get cancer than normal individuals. Excess body fat disrupts the cycle of hormones, glucose metabolism and fat metabolism.
