Event Planning

Setting goals
Setting goals will make your life more balanced and help you focus on what you want.
Balancing activity and rest
A period of rest and activity should be planned to avoid being overly active when you feel good or a long rest period when you are tired.
Increasing or changing activities
When a routine is provided for planned activity and rest times, you can take steps to activities that you cannot spare time for due to fatigue. (For example, sports or exercise)
Establishing a sleep pattern
How you do this depends on the sleep problems you have. It may include cutting off sleep during the day, reducing nighttime sleepiness, and/or establishing regular bedtimes and wake-up times.
Learning to overcome dysfunctional thoughts and beliefs
“Never again. I won't be fine." Or “Nothing today. I couldn't do anything." If you have such thoughts, they may be slowing your progress and hindering you. You can get help from an expert to find alternative thoughts that are more helpful to these thoughts.
