Bipolar disorder is a mental disorder characterized by two separate illness periods. If you find exercising too hard on your eyes, walking is a good start. If you want, you can aim to do more intense training over time.

+ Avoid alcohol and caffeine.

Both are stimulants. They do not put you to sleep and make the mania period worse. Stop drinking coffee, especially in the evenings. Alcohol can alter the effects of drugs and make your mood worse. For this reason, reduce the use of substances to the minimum dosage.

+ Get into the habit of sleeping regularly.

Being very tired can trigger a mania period. Prepare for sleep. While watching videos, playing games and surfing the internet until late, these changes are a mess; Taking a hot shower and listening to soothing music calms you down. Reading is also useful, but readings are tablet etc. It should not be by means of a technological device.
