Uterine Prolapse (Uterine Prolapse)

Uterine prolapse occurs as a result of advancing age and injuries to the vaginal tissues. Complaints related to this problem usually occur in the post-menopausal period.

– Having had a difficult birth,
– Lifting heavy items,

– Who has a similar problem in their family,
– Who has long-standing diseases such as bronchitis and asthma (due to long-term and severe cough).
It is due to uterine prolapse. The most common complaints are a feeling of heaviness in the pelvic area, back pain, increased discomfort, especially when standing and walking, and urinary incontinence.

Treatment of uterine prolapse is based on the woman's age, the degree of the disease, the woman's general health condition and the possibility of childbearing. It depends on whether you want it or not. The development of this problem in the future can be prevented by doing regular Kegel exercises.

Cystocele, Urethrocele and Rectocele

– Cystocele is a condition in which the bladder falls towards the front of the vagina.

– Urethrocele is a condition in which the urethra falls towards the vagina.

– Rectocele is when the wall of the rectum leans towards the back of the vagina and protrudes. These problems are caused by loosening of the pelvic muscles.
