If we feel anxious about any event during that event and this state of anxiety constantly recurs and disrupts the order in our lives, it is necessary to evaluate this situation through anxiety. Anxiety disorder may start with a short or less anxious mood at first and then become a disorder that can no longer be controlled with the thoughts and behavior we have towards ourselves in our brain. It is also necessary to pay attention to this here. Anxiety and anxiety disorder are different from each other. While anxiety is a natural state of worry and stress, anxiety disorder is a state in which this state of anxiety and stress reaches an uncontrollable level. Otherwise, anxiety is a short-term mood that can be seen in almost everyone in today's world.
In addition, anxiety disorder can show itself to us with physical symptoms. These symptoms; It can be seen as body numbness, hot flashes, restlessness, weakness in the legs, tremors, rapid heartbeat, being irritable, feeling like you are drowning, fainting, stomach upset, difficulty breathing, dizziness, inability to fall asleep, dry mouth and trembling or tingling in the hands. .
