Are there people here who say they will lose weight when it is winter, especially when summer comes? Are there those who say that if it is a weekday, I will start losing weight on Monday, those who say that Ramadan will come and I will lose weight for sure, those who say that I have a golden day, let it pass and I will lose weight, those who say that the next Eid should pass and then I will lose weight? But you still haven't lost weight, have you? You even read the article and said, oh, that's me! Even if it is not you, it is your mother, sister, wife or someone else.
There are probably many people among us who have tried many diets with their own efforts, or have not succeeded due to their own misconceptions about weight loss or what they have heard from others. If you find it difficult to lose weight on your own, I think it shouldn't be that difficult to consult a trained dietitian or knock on their door and have a chat. This is one of the problems I frequently encounter. People who tried to lose weight by starving but then had to deal with some diseases. The most important complications are low blood values, constant fatigue, not wanting to get out of bed, waking up tired, fainting looks and unhappy facial expressions. The other problem I encounter is cliché diet lists. That is, breakfast at 08.00 in the morning and lunch at 12.00. However, everyone's lifestyle is unique to them. For those who start the day with morning prayer, breakfast time is 06.00, perhaps earlier, while for a person who does not sleep at night for some reasons and sleeps towards the morning, breakfast time is 12.00. A personalized nutrition list means if the person is working, what kind of job he/she works in, how he eats during the day, what time he sleeps and wakes up, his physical activity status, and if he has any disease, applying medical nutrition treatment appropriate to that disease. In other words, a person does not have to have breakfast at 08.00 every day just because he is going to diet, lose weight or start eating healthy. Trying to enforce the timing of meals by changing the person's lifestyle discourages that person from starting the diet, and even if he does, the maximum he can follow the list for is 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, he leaves the list and returns to his normal lifestyle, so it is not possible for him to lose weight. The result is to continue living as an overweight individual. However, the list is that person's If it were suitable for your lifestyle, such problems would not occur. Therefore, please try to lose weight with the right methods. Please stay away from those who write lists and pretend to be dietitians even though they are not trained on the job, or those who exploit people's health instead of considering their health under the name of slimming products for commercial purposes. Don't worry about your health.
