Summer is a season that is both beautiful and harmful to our children if we are not careful.

Sunlight. In this season, we must be more careful about the sensitive skin of our children, as they emit harmful UVA rays perpendicular to our world.

We should prefer thin, light-coloured, loose-fitting, comfortable clothes. >UVAprotective sunglasses; Before going out, we should apply sunscreens with herbal ingredients that do not contain deodorant, perfume and paraben, with a UVA protection factor of 30-50, if possible under the age of three, from the newborn period onwards, while protecting their eyes, on all exposed skin, including the face. Repeat these creams every 3-4 hours. We should not expose ourselves directly to the sun between 11-15 hours.

Remember, sunlight is necessary for the synthesis of vitamin D. This is true since vitamin D deficiency is common in our country. It is important to get effective sunlight. 10 - 30 minutes a day is recommended depending on age and skin type. We recommend clean, clear sea after 6 months of age and a clean, reliable pool after 1 year of age.

Plenty of water and liquid foods(fresh We recommend fruit juice, buttermilk, milk), fresh vegetables and fruits, low-fat foods. We should be careful not to give food from outside, especially those that are susceptible to spoilage in the heat.

If you say ice cream, if it is pasteurized, fresh and reliable, especially if it is made at home, it will be consumed in the summer without overdoing it. It is the best source of calcium.
