1. There is no need to make excuses!
I know, you don't have time to go to the gym. There is nothing healthy to consume outside. You want to exercise at home but you don't know how to do it etc.
We can add a lot of excuses like this. But if we really want to be healthy and stay fit, we should get away from our excuses and focus on what we can do.

2. Walk more!
 Did you know that you can stay fitter with a 30-minute walk every evening? Especially walking outdoors increases your level of serotonin, the happiness hormone.


3. Don't deprive yourself of everything!
Trying to be "perfect" in your nutrition may not always result in good results. Do not consume a food and tell your brain that it will make you gain weight. What causes weight is the amount of food you consume. For example, chocolate, which most of us are afraid to consume during diets; I wonder if I will gain weight if I eat. If you really enjoy eating chocolate, why not eat a square of chocolate with your coffee? Don't torture yourself while trying to eat healthy so that you can have a sustainable diet/lifestyle.

4.Find an activity that will add movement to your life!
 After the meal, spend time with your family or friends. Find an activity where you can have fun and be active. For example, going for a walk, cycling, playing basketball, football, volleyball can be given as more examples of this.

 

5. Make sleep a priority!
   Many of us underestimate the importance of a good night's sleep. It is a part of living a healthy life. Another rule is regular sleep. When the body rests, it becomes more productive and fit the next day. Let's not forget that getting less sleep can even lead to weight gain by increasing cortisol (stress hormone) in the blood.


6. Make eating vegetables fun!
 The nutrients contained in vegetables are very beneficial for our body, and due to the water they contain, they can fill almost your entire stomach. If you say you can't even eat salad, think about what sauces you can use with your salad or vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, leek, etc.). Maybe you can't give up eating with chili pepper or garlic. You will find flavors.
