GAPS Diet and Autism

These are the symptoms such as loss of eye contact, hyperactivity, learning difficulties, and harmful behavior towards the environment and oneself in almost all children diagnosed with autism. The first aim of the diet program is to eliminate gluten and casein from the nutrition program.

In these children whose intestinal flora or lining is permeable, "lectin" coming from grains and legumes also creates a serious toxic load. Lectin is the protection shield of grains and legumes and is a very hard structure. It should not be included in the diet program for a while due to its destructive power.

*Market products, sugar and everything made of sugar, chemicals and additives should be excluded from the program.

*Do not take chemicals and drugs. If we trust or can find it, using the water we boil from organic meat and bones in meals should be consumed and the amount should be increased due to its fatty acids and short-chain fatty acids, collagen and amino acid levels.

*Vegetable dishes cooked with this water and especially dark green leafy ones. It is essential to increase the number of vegetables in the diet program.

*Meat, chicken and fish that have been kept in a mixture of yoghurt water, spices, oil and salt for 2-3 days can be fed. This process is a long-term marinating method, but in fact, the important part for us is proteins. It is important to start the digestion before eating.

*It is important that the nuts are raw and not roasted. Soak raw nuts in water with some yoghurt juice added overnight and strain them when you wake up in the morning. Then you can spread it on a tray and dry it, then you can pass it through the rondo to obtain "nut flour". This can be used in bread making or mixed with vegetables to make pancakes (you can find it in the recipes section) consumption is recommended. It can be boiled or crushed into butter or coconut oil. In fact, the yolk can be mixed with a little lemon and household vinegar into bone broth and drunk in between without cooking.

*Butter, olive oil, coconut oil, sesame oil can be used.

*Sunflower and corn extract, which are rich in Omega 6. We do not recommend the consumption of oils such as margarine, as they disrupt the omega 3/omega 6 balance and increase inflammation. Cabbage, turnip and radish must be added to diet programs in cooked or fermented form.

*Seafood is not recommended due to the high content of heavy metals. DOING IT WILL MAKE YOUR JOB EASIER.
