General anesthesia is generally preferred. There is no need for dressing. It still takes 2-3 weeks for the crack to heal.
Botox application: It paralyzes the muscle that was cut and loosened during surgery for a period of 3 months, allowing it to relax, in other words, it mimics the surgery. It is performed by injection from the side of the anus. It does not require anesthesia. It does not require hospitalization after the injection. After botox, drug treatment is required for a while.
There is a risk of recurrence after all interventions. In such a case, action is taken according to the condition of the newly developed crack. Inability to defecate after surgery There is a possibility, although low, but this probability increases with age and the presence of other diseases in the patient. This side effect after botox is temporary.
