2 scoops of ice cream (it's fine if it's homemade!), 1 glass of water. Blend milk, fresh fruit (4 strawberries, 1 half peach or 2 slices of watermelon, whichever you like), 1 teaspoon of cocoa and 3-4 ice cubes in a blender. Give it to your child safely and slowly.
