Treatment is divided into two: surgical and non-surgical (conservative) treatment. Surgical treatment should be performed after at least a 3-month stable period of the disease if sexual intercourse is affected by the deformity. Surgical treatment is not the right option during painful periods. Before treatment, penis length, erectile function, degree of curvature and the patient's expectations should be evaluated. The patient should be adequately informed about complications after surgical treatment.
