So. Should healthy individuals avoid gluten as much as celiacs?

Of course not. Gluten does not pose as great a risk for healthy individuals as is thought. On the contrary, removing gluten from our lives may cause some symptoms in healthy individuals. As examples of these, we can give deterioration in intestinal flora, insufficiency in vitamin and mineral absorption, shortening and sticking of villi. Healthy individuals should not eliminate gluten from their lives against these symptoms and many more symptoms that may occur in the long term.

Gluten-free life is for celiacs. So, dear readers, let's not avoid gluten if its consumption does not harm your body. You may think that it is extra calories for my body, but this would be a wrong thought. If you do not want to consume too many calories, you can eat a balanced diet.
