What's going on in that therapy room?
Psychotherapy is something that people who do not enter the door for therapy always wonder about. A lot of questions accumulate in the mind: "So, will someone who doesn't know me at all talk about me now?", "Is he going to tell me what I should do?" "Will he figure me out in one fell swoop?" like... like... like
However, the therapy process is neither a process of depressing anyone nor solving someone at once... Psychotherapy is a long journey... towards one's self... psychotherapy is reaching the knowledge of the essence, the self. .. It is about reaching this information and looking at the individual's life with this awareness.
I always tell my clients the same thing, "The whole purpose of the process is to prepare you for selflessness."... The whole purpose is for the person to look at his own life differently with the knowledge he realizes about himself during the therapy process, It is the realization that there is a different existence. The whole purpose is for the person to realize that he is doing this when he indulges in old behaviors, old thoughts or old emotions in my absence, and to change the course of his life with this awareness.
