Benefits of Herbal Teas

It reduces gastrointestinal spasm and relieves gas. Indigestion, nausea; It is good for migraine, insomnia and dizziness. Makes breathing easier; It is useful for asthma, flu, bronchitis and cough. It calms excitement and fear.

LEMON TEA:
Contains vitamins A, B, C and D. It can be used for complaints of cold, nausea and indigestion. It lowers blood pressure and relaxes the nervous system.

GINGER TEA:
It is good for shortness of breath, asthma, bronchitis and colds.

CHAMOMILE TEA:
Throat, breathing. It is useful in relieving inflammation and pain in the stomach and intestines. It is used as a carminative in babies and children.

WHITE TEA:
It is the least processed herbal tea among the teas and has the highest amount of antioxidants. White tea has the effect of suppressing collagen destruction and preventing the destruction of elastin, which gives elasticity to the skin. Thus, it contributes to the formation of tighter and more flexible skin. In addition, it has the feature of suppressing fat production and breaking down existing fats.

GREEN TEA:
Green tea, which is effective in cell formation, is a good source of vitamin C. It also helps with headaches, body aches, indigestion, depression, supports the immune system and has a detoxifying effect. Studies have proven that regular consumption has a protective effect against cancer thanks to its strong antioxidant content.

FENNEL TEA:
It has a positive effect on gas and cramp pain and in solving stomach and intestinal problems. It also helps breastfeeding mothers increase the amount of milk.

CINNAMON-CLOVE:
It is effective in regulating blood sugar. It is also a good antioxidant due to the volatile oil and phenolic compounds contained in cinnamon.
