One of the treatment alternatives for central tooth deficiencies is a multidisciplinary approach supported by orthodontic treatment. One method is to move the missing maxillary lateral incisor in patients with this irregularity. This study describes the restorative approach to create the morphology of the extracted central tooth. Accordingly, before restorative treatment, periodontal surgery was performed on the area to create an aesthetic and symmetrical smile line and space was made for the appropriate central tooth width. The morphology of the orthodontically moved maxillary lateral tooth was changed by applying the "free hand" intraoral layering technique of the composite resin restoration and a central tooth form was created.
