Anxiety is a psychological and physical reaction of a person to a frightening or threatening situation. Every person experiences several of these symptoms at some point in their life. When these symptoms begin to significantly affect life and disrupt daily life, it means that they have become a disorder. Emotional symptoms such as fear, panic, restlessness, helplessness; It has many other physiological symptoms such as palpitations, weakness, shortness of breath, abdominal pain and sweating. In this case, we can say that not every symptom we show in the circumstances we are in indicates that our anxiety has reached the level of discomfort.

As the uncertainty we feel about our lives increases, our stress hormones may increase and our control over our nerves may decrease. In addition, we may have problems focusing on the work we need to do at home or have memory difficulties. We may be eating even if we are not hungry, as a defense mechanism that we can call emotional eating, which we use to get away from moments of stress. However, all of these formations are normal in this period.

So, what should we do? First of all, we must accept that the anxiety caused by the situation we are in is normal to a certain extent. The important thing is to avoid excess and take care of our hygiene as much as we can. We must prevent the stress within us that tries to direct us from causing us to wash our hands every five minutes, and continue our routine by making sure that we meet the necessary conditions. Some physiological effects caused by fear and anxiety To beat the heat, we can create a social hobby area for ourselves at home and focus on things we enjoy doing. Doing sports, painting, meditating, trying untested recipes, completing postponed tasks... Instead of feeling trapped; If we can see this time as an opportunity to do many things that we want to do but cannot do, we can overcome our anxiety.

We should not forget that; A person's medicine is first of all himself. You can reach your true self and discover new things. It's not too late to turn this time to your advantage.
