We are all going through difficult times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After many countries, the number of cases and deaths began to increase in Turkey. This was a foreseen situation, but the fact that it is happening makes us all deeply saddened and worried. We want to get over this epidemic as soon as possible and return to our normal lives, but it does not seem like it will happen immediately.
Studies tell us that around 60%-70% of the society may be infected with this virus. But most of us will get through this silently, we will gain immunity and we will come out of this epidemic stronger as a society.
But above all, this is a very important message that we as humanity should take from this epidemic. There is: Reviewing our own health, our relationships with our environment, our relationships with nature!
The elderly, those with chronic diseases, smokers... In other words, those in the risk group It is worth reiterating that all our citizens should take into account and implement all warnings of the Ministry of Health such as social isolation, personal hygiene, etc. Because controlled transmission is very important for the healthcare system right now. Not being infected or being infected as late as possible will ensure that everyone can benefit from health services. In the opposite situation, everyone goes to hospitals, but no one can benefit from health services.
The importance of having a strong immune system on our health and therefore in our lives has once again been demonstrated in this pandemic. The key factors for a strong immune system are:
Adequate water consumption,
Quality sleep,
>A stress-free life, (stress has a negative effect on the immune system)
Movement, (even if we are at home for lymph drainage and blood circulation we can do small exercises)
