Increasing Motivation

We have many dreams and things we want to do. However, we may have a lack of "motivation" such as reluctance, inability to start, or procrastination that prevent us from doing these things. So what can we do for this?

- First of all, we must set a goal. But since this goal really makes you who you are, it should be a goal that you really want to achieve just for yourself. When determining your purpose; 'do I want this?', what can I do about it? You should consider many details such as. Don't be afraid to spend as much time as necessary determining your goal. Think in detail for as long as it takes.

- We have many dreams, we want to realize them, and for this we try to do many things
at the same time. However, trying to do too many things at the same time may cause you to burn out early. Calm down first. Focus on one task only. Move towards the goal step by step.

- Slowly increase your tempo for the goal you want to reach. If you spend all your energy at the beginning
you will run out before the end and feel like a failure. Take your time. Progressing by gradually increasing your tempo will help you reach your goal with more confident steps.

-Don't be a perfectionist! Don't be afraid to make mistakes! Think of a baby. He learns to walk by falling down and does not give up and achieves his goal. You, too, may make mistakes while reaching your goal. Try to understand that your mistakes do not hinder you, they actually improve you and give you experience.

-Protect your limits! If you need to work, work, if you need to rest, rest. Separate the two. If you include work during your listening time and other distractions during your work time, you can neither work nor rest as needed.

-Reward yourself! If you've worked hard enough, you should reward yourself. This behavior will increase your motivation and encourage next steps.
