Intense work tempo and a hectic life have been causing various problems lately. Individuals who cannot find the time or opportunity to cook during the day are forced to meet their nutritional needs in restaurants or cafes. This brings to mind the question of whether it is clean or whether the necessary environmental conditions can be provided. Since most businesses do not meet these conditions, different bacteria growing in food cause food poisoning.

There are 4 types of bacteria that cause food poisoning. The first and most common of these is the staphylococcus bacteria. It occurs in meat, milk, dairy products and salad. Symptoms appear 2-3 hours after eating and the body shows a vomiting reaction.

Another type of bacteria that causes food poisoning from meat, milk and salad isshigella. But the time it takes for this to appear is 1-2 days. Symptoms include nausea, vomiting, fever, cramps, abdominal pain and blood in the stool.

The most serious and fatal food poisoning is the poisoning caused by the bacterium clostridium botilinum. It can be found in canned foods, meat, vegetables and fruits. It paralyzes, prevents breathing and results in death.

Finally, we can talk about the bacterium called bacillus cereus. This bacterium is found in rice and causes food poisoning, manifested by nausea and vomiting.

The survival or reproduction of these bacterial species is prevented in foods with high acid content and at high temperatures. What precautions can we take to protect ourselves from these is the real question. In order to be protected, we must put some measures in a permanent place in our lives. These precautions;
