A part of the disc may be ruptured, that is, it may be sequestered. This is colloquially called a herniated disc.
Both modern and primitive reasons coexist in the formation of a disc herniation in the waist. As a contemporary reason, the working conditions required by the modern lifestyle; So, for example, we can be blamed for working or even living sitting while sitting in front of a computer or steering wheel. The weight problem that occurs as a result of this type of lack of exercise adds salt to the herniated disc. A primitive reason can be blamed on the fact that, despite all scientific developments, we still sit, sleep and even work in places designed centuries ago. In other words, the asymmetrical loads we face are very dangerous.
A herniated disc is actually an economic disease, meaning that when it occurs in young people, it prevents their active lives. We should not forget that our waist starts to age as early as the age of twenty, because the waist is the most mobile part of the human body. If the necessary precautions are not taken when there is a herniated disc and especially if surgery is not performed even though it is recommended; The hernia in question can ossify and even pierce a membrane called dura. For example, if a year has passed since the hernia, then when you decide to have surgery, you will have a more difficult and dangerous surgery and your chances of recovery will decrease. Therefore, it is very important to take timely precautions.
