How you go through the diet process is the most important factor in reaching your goal. Your psychology during this period is as important as the diet you will follow. In this process, squeezing yourself, pushing yourself, and even thinking you have to do so will have negative, not positive, results on your weight. The more you relax, the easier it will be for you to understand the diet and lose weight. Don't set out with a thought like "I'm on a diet, I shouldn't eat anything." An approach such as 'I eat healthy, I can consume everything' will not only help you not get bored and overwhelmed by this process, but will also help you to be healthy and happy, and will cause you to lose weight very easily. At the same time, a process in which you force yourself will, in a sense, cause you to abandon yourself halfway. You give up at that moment, then you start again another day and you give up again... And so you spend your life on diets... So much so that the sentence 'I spend my life on diets' has become frequently used by many individuals. This is exactly the reason for the problem. You don't need to consume the same foods every day. You don't need to depend on a list every day. You don't have to bother yourself not to eat other foods you want every day. Of course, the first condition is to have a list with the help of a dietitian, but in the meantime, you need to learn the changes. In this way, you can eat differently every day and just balance. You may even consume chocolate or any other food at times when you feel like it, and you should know this. Again, what you will do is balance it according to your list. So you will have a list, but you will determine the changes of the list. The most important thing you will realize during this time is that you don't actually want that much because you are free to consume. The main problem stems from the idea that dieting means not eating anything. All you have to do is realize that this is not the case. Of course, in the meantime, you should definitely continue with the help of a dietitian because everyone's nutrition, calories, body type, weight, height and age are different as well as everyone's character. One of the basic notes that should not be forgotten is That's it, you are different. You are a different individual, so no one else's or any of the so-called common and popular diets will work for you. Even individuals within the same household give different answers to the question "What is your favorite food?" To give an example from myself, I tell all my clients that they should be comfortable with the process when they first prepare the diets, that they can consume whatever they want in a balanced way and that this is a healthy diet, so there are only small criteria. It would be very difficult to understand all the changes in one session, so you should abandon yourself to the flow of the diet in this process. As time goes by, you will learn which food can be replaced with which, and after a while, you will stop asking the dietician. The diet cannot adjust itself to you, it is you and your life. You will shape it. You will know the details and make the taste, health, quantity and changes. In fact, everything is easier than you think and is only in your hands. You are the one who makes this process difficult, and you are the one who makes it easier... The choice is yours, your inner voice nudges you at the point where your freedom is restricted, but freedom is in your hands. You just need to realize this. The moment you know that you are free during the diet process, you will see that everything continues as if you were eating normally and you will not even hear your inner voice saying 'that's enough, eat dessert'...
