This is a natural need, but we need to limit it. Because they affect each other in a vicious circle. So, the more we worry, the more we need to know. The more information we learn, the more worried we become. And we continue to grow in a vicious circle, so we need to reduce our news monitoring. When following the news, I prefer to listen to scientists who are experts on the subject rather than from people who do not have expertise on the subject. Especially people who specialize in microbiology or infectious diseases are a better source of news for me. We should also stay away from fake news on the internet and should not believe the truth of the news without confirming it. In this process, we should try to stay within our own control area as much as possible. When we say area of control, we mean our own behavior, our own habits, our own education, our own things, all these are the elements that we can control. When I say out-of-control area, I mean things that are beyond our control and that we cannot change. Disease, war, weather are out of control to avoid learned helplessness. What we need to do in order to influence the elements in the field is to take action within our control area. The corona epidemic is beyond our control. It is not only up to us to change this. But if its frequency and intensity has increased and you constantly feel very worried about the future, this can cause mental and physical harm. soluble.
