What Happens When We Do Sports?

Doctors to everyone who comes and goes; Sports also says sports; 'What's going on with these doctors?'...'I'm already working at work', 'I walk to and from work', 'I'm dying of exhaustion while doing housework; can I do exercise on top of that?', 'My head is exploding at work; I can only rest by lying down', and Here is the most classic one; I can almost hear you saying things like "I can't find any time". We stay away from sports with many such excuses. Aside from not doing sports; We live a sedentary lifestyle. For those of you who say you run around a lot during the day: Of course, having an active life is a good thing and maybe it will burn calories. But you can be sure that it will be dwarfed by the benefits of sports.
It is not only our muscles that work while doing sports; Our whole body works and sports is not just about burning calories; At the same time, acceleration of all organ functions, renewal, reorganization, cleaning of toxic/acidic loads accumulated especially in the connective tissue, a serious increase in blood circulation and oxygenation rate, detoxification by initiating a serious increase in the functioning of the lymphatic system (it is the scavenger system of our body, and is also the only system that removes heavy metals). As a result of the increase in blood oxygenation in the lungs and circulatory system, regulation and decrease in body fat rate, and increase in endorphin rate; Making us happy, regulating our immune system, teaching our body to breathe deeply, increasing our sexual power, tightening and brightening the skin/face... Are you bored of counting? Yes!.. I understand, I'm actually bored of writing too. Even this little benefit tells you what I want. In short, I can say; Regular exercise makes almost everything in our body healthier.
In my article titled 'Who manages whom', I said 'our body manages us'. Two major systems manage our body. 1) Autonomic nervous system (nervous system from the base of the neck to the coccyx) 2) Hormonal system (most importantly, which regulates almost our entire metabolism; HPA axis: brain, thyroid, adrenal gland system)
Here, sports directly affects these two systems. By affecting our muscle tissue itself as a hormonal organ; It regulates almost everything in our body. Thus, regular exercise initiates a renewal process in our entire body.
So, this is When does the renewal process start? When will we be considered to have done sports? The intensity of the exercise we do is determined by the number of pulses (the rate at which the heart beats per minute). To explain it simply; In light exercise, the pulse (heart rate) is 100-125, in moderate exercise, the pulse is 125-150, and in heavy exercise, the pulse is higher than 150. But pulse rates calculated through methods such as 'maximal pulse rate' or 'Spare cardiac frequency method' give more accurate results. I won't go into detail here. In other words, for us to do sports; Roughly speaking, our pulse should be over 100.
In conclusion: Yes! While there are many things in our world that strain our body's capacity, including us; With regular exercise, we will allow him to recover a little. Rest assured, it is a very, very important issue that we do at least this favor to our body, which is causing us so much pain...
