In fact, people get very nervous when doing the things they judge. Because of this important rule, first realize what you are judging and stop doing it.
3. Focus on the moment and the needs of the moment; Find a therapist who can teach you techniques for this. Your constant focus on approval, not making mistakes, and trying to appear strong is actually the mechanism that causes other symptoms such as dizziness, palpitations, dry mouth, and excitement.
4. Do not lose contact with yourself and your breath when interacting with social environments; Correct breathing, mindfulness and meditation are super supports that can be used as a complement to social phobia. Even teaching you how to breathe in social environments will relieve you greatly.
5. Go to the goal with small steps but determined and steady. Gradual emphasis exercises are a very valuable technique in terms of turning off the exaggerated alarm system that has formed in social environments.
