Oh no, I'm back from vacation
Summer season is here and everyone is having a peaceful and happy holiday. Maybe you lost your excess weight to look fit on this holiday and you needed to continue eating healthy while on holiday. But the sea made you hungry, you couldn't resist the open buffet, so you decided to eat the famous dessert while you were here and exceeded your portion control and calories. Time passed, the holiday ended, you came home and even though you were afraid to step on the scale, you found yourself on the scale. That's how much weight I've gained!!!
If you said, 'I'm the same!', this article is perfect for you. Tips you can use to quickly lose the weight you gained after returning from holiday:
Reinstate your eating pattern that was disrupted during the holiday,
Eat 3 main meals, morning, noon and evening.
For breakfast
- Boiled egg (1 tsp olive oil if the heat makes you faint)+
- Parsley +
- Dill +
- Green onion +
- Consume as a salad with lemon
- Meet your protein needs with cheese.
Eggs will help you stay full. . Do this for at least 2 weeks after you return from vacation.
Go back to herbal teas. I know you neglected your holiday a lot, and even turned to sugary and alcoholic drinks. Do not forget to consume 3 herbal teas a day, including 1 cup during your snacks.
Eat a vegetable-based diet for the first week! You can make a healthy main meal by baking your favorite vegetables with very little oil and adding ice-cold yoghurt and some red pepper flakes. At this point, salads will come to your rescue; a protein source (such as cheese, legumes, tuna and chicken without exaggerating the amount) you add to your salads can be your savior. Don't forget to add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to your salads if it will replace your main meal.
Consume detox drinks. You can consume detox drinks that are not high in calories and have high amounts of vegetables, instead of your main meal. But my advice to you is not to exceed 3 days while consuming detox drinks, you may lose fluid and electrolytes due to edema. Here's my recipe for a magic detox drink that you can consume for breakfast when you return from holiday:

- 1 green apple
- A pinch of arugula
- A pinch of parsley
- 1 cucumber
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 sparrow finger ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
