Milk, which is known to have both a nutritional source and a relaxing role in stomach diseases, especially ulcers, can cause bloating, gas, cramps and diarrhea in some people. Milk intake in these complaints on the basis of lactose intolerance should be restricted. Refined products and prepared foods can have similar effects. Spinach, peas, beans, lentils, chickpeas, zucchini, bananas, olives, sausage, salami, sausage, bacon, tomato paste, chips, ketchup, pickles, lemon salt, raw onion, garlic, jam, butter cracker biscuits, melted cheese, cream Cheese, sesame, chocolate, dark coffee, dark tea, cola, alcoholic beverages, fried or roasted meat, instant soups may increase stomach complaints. Despite all these restrictions, a mindful attitude and measured, small amounts are usually not a problem.
