Test Anxiety: The Chaos of Anxiety

Exam periods are among the most difficult periods for young people. Because the exam is not just an exam. It is also necessary to organize the processes before and after the exam. In this case, everyone needs a scenario. In this scenario, the meaning of the exam, the exam process, the expectations from the exam, the person's abilities and the family's hopes must be consistent with each other.

Imagine going to a theater, you are sitting in the hall and watching the stage, each of the actors on the stage has a different role and they are interrupting each other. You see that the performance does not listen to each other. There is no consistency among the players. You gradually see the lack of consistency between players. Even though they are actually professional actors and have great talents, the theater becomes unbearable as long as they act independently of each other. When the actors do not adhere to a predetermined common text and a common scenario, no work of art or a show emerges. In fact,  chaos prevails. Neither the audience nor the actors will be happy.
