First of all, let me give you information about the reasons for shoulder pain. We use the shoulder area muscles when moving our arm. These muscles are basically four in number. Due to the placement of these muscles, it does not cause much of a problem when we raise our arm up to 90 degrees. But when we lift our arm more than 90 degrees, the shoulder muscles begin to be stressed. When we repeat these movements, these muscles gradually become damaged. This is exactly the reason why shoulder pain is more common in women who clean windows, or in jobs that require them to lift their arms more, or in athletes.

For this reason, the most important thing we need to do to avoid shoulder pain is to keep our arm above 90 degrees. not holding steady. If you have to lift your arm a lot, you can lower your arm at certain intervals and try to raise your arm again after resting for a while.

 

Another common cause of shoulder pain is making mistakes when you go to our doctors due to shoulder pain. given exercises. You can exercise when you have shoulder pain or pain in another area, but do not force these exercises too much when you have pain. If you push yourself too hard to exercise when you are in pain, you will find that your pain increases. This is the same for people who go to fitness centers for bodybuilding. If you overexert yourself to improve your body, you will see that you will have pain.
