Anger, which is one of the emotions that exist within a person that causes violence, is uncontrolled. It is revealed and directed towards the weaker one without any control effort.
What needs to be taken into consideration here is whether there is a "control effort". Because every person has the feeling of anger and has the consciousness to control it.
Some neurological and psychiatric diseases may be the underlying cause of uncontrollable anger, and it is known that this can be controlled with medical intervention.
In other words, being unable to control the anger within a person and turning it into a violent situation depends on one's absolute consciousness. In this case, the person responsible for violence is not anger, which is a natural emotion, but the voluntary attitude that chooses violence instead of control.
There is no such thing as "I followed the devil" or "The devil said hold on and hit". The will that follows a devil can also take into account that he has two angels, one of whom writes his sins and the other his good deeds. This situation is a voluntary choice.
