Is There a Superstition in Diet?

Let me write, you decide whether diet is a superstition :)

If you cannot reduce your fat percentage below a certain level, even if you do sit-ups for hours to get six-packs, it will not help. .

In case of long-term hunger, the metabolic rate slows down. and the body responds to protective long-term calorie restriction. The body reduces the number of calories it burns, which slows down weight loss. (The hunger I mentioned is not short-term like Intermittent Fasting hours, of course it is much longer-term.)

Unfortunately, calorie input - output calculation cannot answer all our questions about gaining or losing weight. The energy we get from the foods we consume may not be all the energy contained in the food. Also, it is not possible that we can calculate the thermic effect of food and exercise.

If you are one of those who say that the diet consists of grass and I don't like it at all, first of all, I would like to point out that the diet does not include drinking cabbage juice 3 times a day. Then I said that cow metabolism is not equivalent to human metabolism.
