Bipolar Disorder (bipolar Mood Disorder) is a familiar concept that almost everyone knows or has heard of. In its simplest definition; A state of consuming our energy with enthusiasm and then falling into a depressed mood. Let's define it a little more. One side of our emotional state is happy, the other side is unhappy, and their extremes are Enthusiasm and Depression. It is a period in which we use our energy in a state of enthusiasm as if it were unlimited (regardless of our age, gender, education, socio-economic culture). If you are a businessman, you make decisions that are unplanned and make investments for which you have not considered the feasibility, if you are a housewife, you have to clean enough to wash the carpets throughout the night, you engage in sexual acts outside your normal ritual, and you spend your energy without sleeping for days and nights. Because our mind is a mechanism that can learn through contradictions. Just as we would never know the concept of health if there was no concept of disease, we would never be able to perceive light if there was no darkness. Since our nature is like this, all we have to do is the ability to adapt. Of course, another important concept comes into play here; To be MEASUREMENT. This concept is actually one of the cornerstones of life. I'm talking about moderation in everything. Even in the most positive-looking cleanliness. No one wants dirty people, but unfortunately, cleaning at a level that wears out one's hands is no longer cleanliness, it becomes a disease. With the hope and prayer of being able to keep the measure, with the wish and prayer for the ability to adapt to this Bipolar World..
