COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY
With this therapy method, therapists; They pay attention to personal events, thoughts, perceptions and judgments, and the individual's statements about himself. They study and manipulate these processes to understand and change overt and covert disordered behavior. During the therapy process, emotions, thoughts and behaviors are examined.
SCHEMA THERAPY
It is a therapy method developed by Jeffrey Young. Schemes; They are patterns that we unconsciously create in our minds in order to understand the stimuli that occurred during childhood and affect us. In therapy, it is aimed to make the client realize the negative effects of these schemas on his life and to develop coping strategies.
EXISTENTIAL THERAPY
In this therapy method, instead of aiming to eliminate the symptoms that the client sees as a problem, the symptoms are related to the client's existence. It aims to see it as an element. Rather than a problem-free or conflict-free life, it tries to understand what life brings and prepares the ground for transformation.
GESTALT THERAPY
According to Gestalt; A person can face the situations and difficulties in life by accepting himself as he is. In this therapy method, it is aimed to make the client realize his potential, focusing on the here and now.
HOLISTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY
Holistic Therapy is a part of every school of therapy. He thinks that while he describes one aspect of a person very well, he is inadequate in understanding other aspects. In this therapy method, it is aimed to structure the personalized process in order to make the therapy more useful according to the client's character, culture, problem area and expectations.
