A Completely Different World; probiotics

Probiotic literally means 'for life' in Greek. They are friendly bacteria that maintain the body's natural balance and strengthen immunity.

What are the Benefits of Probiotics?

Probiotics settle in the intestinal flora and provide many benefits here and in our body.

Sometimes the antibiotics you take, stress, exposure to excessive radiation and bad conditions have been found to decrease. Factors such as nutrition may disrupt your probiotic balance. If this balance is disrupted, I recommend adding probiotic foods to your diet.

What are Probiotic Foods?

Today, probiotic foods consist of mixtures of Lactobacillus and Bifodobacterium. Some foods contain sacoharomycos yeasts.

  • Dairy products such as homemade yoghurt, kefir, cheese

  • Pharmacological products (capsules, tablets, sachets..) prepared from the live parts of probiotic bacteria.
