We said that being yourself is the most important point in being human. In this article, I would like to touch upon the dimensions that constitute us as humans.
As we know and feel, human beings are creatures consisting of soul-body and mind. The measure of awareness in these three dimensions is the most important factor in how satisfied and happy a person will live.
The body is the physical dimension that creates the human being. It is the aspect that enables humans to come into contact with the outside world and exist there. In a sense, it represents the behavioral dimension, and others generally evaluate the person with this dimension.
The soul is the most mysterious and unknown aspect of humans. The reason for this is that everything from education to our social order is built on the basis of the visible system. In general, the things we perceive with our 5 senses constitute our reality in daily life. In this case, the 'soul' belonging to the subtle world is ignored. The soul represents a person's connection with the universe, the holistic flow. It is a phenomenon that we cannot perceive with our 5 senses, but can only feel.
Mind is the dimension of perception in a person's contact with the world. A person thinks to the extent that he feels and knows the whole (universe); Then, he develops emotions according to that thought and finally acts through the body under the guidance of that emotion.
SO, WHAT ARE THE ROLES OF THESE DIMENSIONS OF HUMANS IN HUMAN LIFE?
First of all, these dimensions are in balance, that is, Communicating with each other is important for people to realize their potential and live their own essence. This means;
The mind correctly perceives the requests and directions coming from the soul and transfers them to the body, so that the body behaves appropriately... The mind acts as a bridge between the body and the soul...
Person, mind It takes from the whole through it, passes it into ecstasy, and transfers it back to the whole. A system taken from the whole and given to the whole brings with it the understanding of 'what you sow, you reap'. This gives us the sensitivity that we are responsible for every step we take.
Let's live a life in which we focus on experiencing our mind, body and soul dimensions by feeling this sensitivity!
With love and awareness...
