Do crazy people go to psychologists?

-“I don't feel well at all. I'm very confused.."

-"See a psychologist if you want."
-"You're crazy."
-"This is not insanity. You can talk and relax.”
-“Don't let my hands get bloody in the evening.”
....
-“Are you going to go?”
-“Okay, okay. Whatever you say. Do you know any psychologist? How much does it cost?”
-“Yes, yes. ... tl.”
-“We'll just talk.”
-“Yes, it will definitely help.”
-“Ohoooo, is it worth ... tl for two conversations? Let him give it to me... tl, look what I'm telling you.”

I'm sure many people who were recommended psychologists had similar reactions to this dialogue. This is a common thought, unfortunately. Today, there are still people who view going to a psychologist as an insult. Because when it comes to health, physical health comes to mind. However, we don't just feel bad physically. Almost all of us have faced challenging life events throughout our lives, such as depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, family conflicts and communication problems, divorce, losses, problems with our children, and grief. Sometimes it happens that we do not know what to do in the face of these difficult situations we encounter in our lives. Sometimes we remain indecisive, sometimes we suffer. Sometimes we become slaves to repetitive behaviors that we don't want to do. Sometimes we become so anxious about some events we may encounter that we cannot control our physical sensations.

In such times when everything is more difficult, it may be difficult to ask for help, and problems may seem unsolvable and complex. In fact, it may not be possible to see the solution even when it is right next to you. In fact, you have somehow overcome your problems before. You just need support to become aware of this ability again, to see and use your own light.
