NUTRITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DIARRHEA

* You should drink plenty of fluids (water, carrot juice, watery buttermilk)

* You should drink soup (noodles or rice)

* Fat-free cheese, yoghurt, bread, boiled potatoes,

* Apple, Peach, Banana, Blackberry, Sour Cherry

* Rice porridge, pudding

* If diarrhea subsides, lean boiled meat

* Food should be eaten in frequent and small meals

* After each diarrheal stool, children under 2 years of age should be given 1/2-1 tea glass of liquid, and children over 2 years of age should be given 1/2-1 glass of liquid.
