How does the Emotion Suppression scheme affect your life?

You are deprived of emotions such as fun, enjoyment, excitement.

You throw in negative emotions and it makes you feel a little depressed. (We do not feel emotions because we do not allow them.)

You often experience feelings such as resentment and anger.

Lonely and incomprehensible in your relationships you feel (because your feelings need to be seen)
-
Your partner feels lonely and misunderstood because you don't understand their feelings.

To suppress your emotions you drink too much alcohol or smoke, you have too much sex.
