- Treatment of Jaw Joint
The joint muscle in our jaw; due to the complex structure consisting of fibers, discs and bones not working properly. Any problem that occurs is called jaw joint disorder.
It includes functional disorders such as the joints not opening fully and dislocation as the jaw opens.
Temporomandibular Joint Its disorder is that the ligament connecting the lower and upper jaw does not work properly.
This ligament is one of the most complex joints in the body and is responsible for allowing the lower jaw to move forward, backward and sideways.
Often when jaw joint disorder occurs, there is a feeling as if the jaw is going to be dislocated or locked.
It is not possible to determine the exact cause of this irregularity, symptomatic treatment is given.
