Marriage and family problems, which were seen as problems in our country in the past, but were not revealed and discussed or even not seen as a problem, have become problems that cannot be ignored and cannot be postponed, as they have increased in recent years. It has become a problem.

Marriage is a form of relationship that ensures mutual sexual satisfaction, togetherness, solidarity, but most importantly, the continuation of the generation.

The importance and sanctity of marriage is almost the same in every society.< br />
The age of marriage varies not only between countries but also in different regions within the same country. Today, while the age of marriage in America is 25 and above, in Turkey marriages are seen under the age of 20. The rate of early marriages in Turkey is quite high. Early marriage: It means the legal or unofficial marriage of two people, at least one of whom is under the age of 18. One of the most important social problems in Turkey is child marriage. The reasons and frequency of early marriages vary from region to region, society to society, and situation to situation. But there are certain factors that form the basis of these marriages.

Today, girls are still married to people older than their fathers or even grandfathers in exchange for money. Keeping the age of marriage low is generally directly related to the economic situation. Because one of the primary duties of women, especially in the agricultural sector, is to give birth to many children who can quickly become workers in the field. In addition, “cradle engagement” and marriages with very close relatives (due to the family property not being distributed) are common. Research shows that today, in Turkey, one out of every three married women It shows that she is engaged in child marriage.
  
  Again, some families in our country believe that child marriage protects the honor of the girl and her family, and that the honor of the girl is protected by marrying her before her mind is fully sexually mature, with her virginity intact. In addition, sayings uttered by the society such as "the girl is in the cradle and the dowry is in the chest" reveal how the necessity of marrying girls at an early age has been imposed on the society. It is believed that adaptation to the new home will be easier. Men's families also want to take brides as young as possible so that it will be easier for them to adapt to them. Another perspective is that it is thought that girls can be protected from sexual harassment and violence by placing them under the protection of a man as soon as possible. In addition, it is a common belief that these marriages will prevent young girls from having extramarital sex with the opposite sex and getting pregnant.
  
  Families do not trust anyone to protect their daughters' honor, so the family is relieved only when they come under the protection of a man. In fact, he is relieved of the burden of protecting his daughter's honor. The feeling that he will no longer be responsible for his daughter, that she has a husband and that all responsibility for her daughter belongs to him, gives peace to the family. It is common to see a tendency to force girls to marry by interrupting their education because they want their children to receive education more.
  
  Although the majority of early marriages are arranged or forced by the family's decision, in some cases, marriages are seen based on the children's own wishes. If we look at these situations; Severe discord within the family puts the child in depression in that family, and the child seeks salvation in marriage.
  
  Another situation that has been frequently encountered in recent years is that our children are deceived by the promises offered to them by meeting people on Facebook, Twitter or friend sites. It stands out when she marries people who are older than her by elopement. Many of them are taken as second or even third wives. It has also been determined that in most early marriages, girls marry people older than themselves
