There was a common belief known by everyone that; As you enter the new year, so goes the whole year. So, how about a healthier, fitter start to this year?
First, let's consider our crowded New Year's table. This year, let's impress with bulgur/quinoa salad instead of traditional stuffed stuffed grape leaves. Let's choose grill or oven for our main course and avoid high-fat fried foods this year. Instead of consuming acidic drinks with meals, let's use alternatives such as hot/cold tea, mineral water, and unsweetened lemonade. If we plan to drink alcohol, let's choose white or red wine. Let's include nuts, chickpeas and chickpeas, homemade sugar-free cookies, cakes and fruits instead of chips, french fries, chocolate and biscuits.
Let's start the first day of 2017 by exercising. Let's definitely drink a glass of water when we get up. Let's wake up to the new year with a nice, satisfying breakfast consisting of cheese, eggs, olives, whole wheat bread and seasonal greens. Let's drink at least 2.5-3 liters of water during the day; May our metabolism get off to a fast start in the new year.
